Easier path to Happiness

Do you want to say good bye to your fatigue factor, depression or mental disorder of any kind. Here are five simple steps by virtue of which you can feel fresh and happy throughout the whole day. But keep one thing in mind that these tips are for stimulation. It is up to you to permanently apply these techniques and have an enjoyment.

1- **30 minutes closed eyes meditation in the morning**
It is very often observed that morning especially after a disturbing sleep full of dreams and even after full sleep can cause little bit of disturbance early in the morning and there are several reasons for that. But don’t worry I am going to tell you such smart and simple technique with which you can energize your morning in such a good mood that can last for the whole day. Just go on with routine morning rituals of taking cup of tea or coffee or having morning walk, exercise or jogging but before leaving to work or after having finished with your normal morning routine just spare thirty minutes for my tip. Just don’t take it in hurry. You are simply supposed to sit in whatever posture you deem comfortable and relaxing, it can be a sofa a chair or even a floor as well. Just sit with any relaxing posture you would like to adopt. You are supposed to close your eyes for thirty minutes and remain calm and not to say anything in the meanwhile. In this 30 minutes closed eyes meditation you are going to be relaxed and prepared for your whole day workings and daily doings exceptionally well. Remember do not close your eyes tightly but close your eyes very softly and gently. Now what will happen in between these 3o minutes? There would be several thoughts coming and going. A complete traffic of thoughts going in and out but don’t bother thoughts just tell yourself that these are not your thoughts. In these thoughts some would have been pleasant and some might be terrifying and horrific but once you are not going to make any sort of judgment in respect of your thoughts and you are not even interfering then it is ok. All these thoughts are just coming and going and you are simply examining the thoughts like a stranger and don’t judge them as good or bad.
 
Some thoughts might come to tell you that the exercise you are doing is wasteful and of no good but it is just a mindful play of your weak part of the mind which does not want to be cured and handled. Just remain calm and keep on reminding yourself that you are doing a closed eyes meditation and you will be relaxed and energized. Just tell yourself for once or twice and not more than that that you are having light inside you and light is providing energy to your whole body and even your mind. Just keep relaxed and composed if some new and dynamic idea comes which you think would be very useful for your project or for any task in hand then just try to keep it in mind and tell yourself that you will examine that new idea later on but not during closed eyes meditation. In this period you are not supposed to create thoughts some people say creating such thoughts is not good. While doing closed eyes meditation you may suffer certain kind of difficulty such as managing to close your eyes for such a long period but with the passage of time you will be master to it and you will be enjoying your meditation time and you will be waiting for that 30 minutes to come to have meditation and enjoyment. During this meditation you can feel some time that you are going to asleep but remember that you are not supposed to fall asleep you are doing this for energy and enjoyment and joy. Consider yourself enlightenment and fresh and at the closing moment of the time for the meditation you should have few deep breaths and then very slowly you can open your eyes. After that remain in your sitting posture for a while with open eyes and if you feel thirsty you can drink. Drinking water right away is not mandatory. Just remain calm and sit five or so minutes with open eyes now and you will feel that you are fresh and ready to do your work exquisitely well.
  
2-	**Reading good literature**
I have deliberately written here term “literature”. I could have mentioned reading good book or novel but I did not do that simply because few people consider it mandatory to do something and the very idea of happiness is this that you are not supposed to do any ting forcefully. You simply love yourself; value yourself and considering yourself to be precious and valuable. Now what happens while reading some particular literature is that the reader starts considering himself that the literature he is reading is directly having nexus with him and what the reader thinks that the writing is having a direct nexus with him whereas as the matter of the fact that has never been the case. Some people say that there are no coincidences but that it is not entirely true there may be some coincidences in reading literature and thinking about oneself is one of the coincidences. Same is the case with watching movie and drama. Sometime you feel that any particular act or dialogue resemble or reflect your personal life but that is not the case that is just an outcome of weak part of your mind who always wants you to be afraid and terrified of just nothing. Whenever   you are read you have to be conscious enough that you are reading for the sake of seeking information and getting knowledge of a particular thing and you must not be afraid of anything, if something disturbing does take place then completely forget it and ignore it and go on with your reading and if carrying on reading really becomes difficult then close the book or literature since there is absolutely no compulsion in doing anything. 

You are at liberty to do anything but if something is causing you unnecessary pain then you are at liberty to close it down and just take a deep breaths or so and make a cup of coffee or tea and take it lightly and if you are feeling little bit of apatite then cook some good food for yourself but remain calm and don’t think of becoming victim of something. You must remember one thing that there is no need to have fight with yourself if you are not feeling good to do anything then just don’t do that thing. However fatigue factor during reading comes in blue moon and most of the time reading has been an exceptional experience. One thing should be remembered that during reading any literature you can keep pen and notebook with you so that you can note down important things during reading and can use the same later on. So having a reading habit is such a luxury that can amuse your tone and lift your mood a lot.
      
3-	**Writing daily routine**
You must believe me that writing has been the most useful tool to make you feel good and happy. There has been no boundary in writing something. Write whatever you want to write just don’t shy and write. You are supposed to write whatever you feel. you should think that you are not writing for anyone but you are writing for your own self. Once you start writing you will feel that all the good imaginations are coming to help you to write more clearly and more expressly. If you feel that you are feeling good in writing politics you can write politics similarly you can write on whatever topic you like to write. Just write and start writing down right now. Even when you are reading this content take a pause and have a note book and pen straightaway and start taking notes for yourself. Once you do that you will feel that there are certain ideas in writings which are coming into your mind to write and just keep on writing whatever comes to your mind. You will feel such ecstasy and pleasure in writing that cannot be imagined in any other way. Writing is the self expression of yourself. If you want to write poetry you are at liberty to write poetry and if you want to write fiction you are welcome to write. If you are looking for earning money then even become a professional writer can be a very good choice since there has been a great need of emerging writers all the time in the industry. You have to be disciplined. Just remain calm and composed and while I am saying it again and again that to remain calm and compose you should not think of it as a compulsion but as matter of routine simply because motivating someone is always a difficult task but that should not be in such manner that to make another person burdened to something. You are not burdened. 

The purpose of my writing is not to burden you but the purpose of my writing is to relax you in such a manner that to encourage you to have an inclined yourself with that of writing in such a manner that the bond between you and your writing would be of such classical nature life lasting and a time will come when you will definitely look for time to write and have that pleasure of writing and you will not find time to write and then you have to especially look for time to have for writing and you will definitely love your own writing. There could be number of difficulties you could come across while starting to write about your personal writing but don’t worry you could be very good writer one day. Initially you might find some difficulty to write down or finding any topic then have little break and think over and start from your daily routine. Write down how beautifully you have been spending your whole day and make a habit to write a page or two daily for yourself which of course you write in such a manner that no one else is going to read but you only. And then you will definitely feel pleasure out of it and time will come that you will be looking for time to sit and do nothing but writing. So best of luck with that. 
         
4-	**Enjoying good music**
Having a good music to light you up is another technique to find happiness. There should be some nice music in your play list that whenever you feel bit bored with doing something you can listen. Lyrics are not important but it is symphony of the music which should do the trick for you. It may also be good that you yourself sing a while with the music in apt voice of your and you will feel that you are having positive vibes with it and dancing for a while with that sort of good music would a great choice as well. Just have 15 to 20 minutes for yourself that you are having a good music and dancing alone and you will feel that there has been some exhilarating and thrilling temptation arises inside you which can lift your mood up and you will be feeling good within yourself. Some people suggest that even in the sensational trip of some depression or of anxiety shaking your body with little bit of music can be very good idea since you will be giving a positive message to your such brain faculties who are trying to make you afraid that you are actually enjoying the situation and you will feel that within few moments such a sensation will change into a harmony and you will be feeling relaxed and just do not think about pain again and again simply because it is said about the sensational felling of depression and anxiety that it has to complete its whole tour once it starts but with these tricks you can enjoy the feeling. Just remain calm and watch you heartbeat going up and down and accept the phenomena that there had been a sensation and now with good music and little bit of dancing you can break the shatter of such vibes which create such problematic situation for you. There could be number of reasons for such sensations but you are not supposed to think about those right now but to bound to take it as lightly as possible simply because if you make a struggle with that you will be losing your valuable energy and soon you will be exhausted. 

Just focus on the fact that you are not confronting anything but you are accepting the condition and remain watchful and keep on listening good music and having a little bit of dance as well and tell yourself that you are jubilant and happy. Remember there is not external elements which can make you happy it is always from within you that can do the magical moments for you and do not spoil even a single moment to make yourself happy and do not think a piece of happy as merely a piece of happiness consider every happiness as a blessing and reward yourself with pleasure.
   
5-	**Early to bed early to rise**
There has been an old proverb that early to bed and early to rise and stay healthy wealthy and wise. This works here as well. Just have a complete sound   sleep of at least 8 hours. There should not be any distraction in the room where you sleep. Environment has to be very composed as you are going to enjoy your sleep in such a way that even your full conscious sleep would become a meditation for you. And you will think that such sleep of good hours can give you such mood lifter that is hard to imagine even. There has been number to things you can do before going to sleep that you can read good book or literature and you can also repeat the closed eyes meditation process which you did early in the morning you can repeat that procedure before going to sleep as well. Do not force yourself to sleep. Just lay down on your bed and let the sleep come to you in good mood ,just do not do anything and listen in very slow voice and believe you me that soon you will fall asleep. There might be some thoughts initially but don’t worry about those thoughts as they are not going to bother you anymore and soon those disturbing thoughts will go away .So you have to tell yourself that it has been a great energetic positive day you have and now it is the time for sleep so that you can have even better day and life full of energy ahead to you.
