So, let’s take a look at how to prepare this flavorful snack step by step.   # Ingredients... 🍃 1 Cup of Lentil. 🍃 1 Small Onion. 🍃 Two or three green chilli pods. 🍃 curry leaves. 🍃 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder. 🍃 1 Teaspoon of Chili powder. 🍃 2 teaspoon crushed chili powder. 🍃 Salt as needed. 🍃 Coconut oil for frying.  # The order of preparation. **First, finely chop the onions, curry leaves, and green chilies.**  **Meanwhile, let the lentils soak for about 10 minutes.**  **Next, blend the soaked lentils in a blender until they form a coarse paste.**  **Next, add the blended lentil paste to a bowl and mix in the chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Then, add chili flakes, chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix everything well until fully combined.**  **Next, take portions of the lentil mixture and shape them as shown below.**  **Next, take a pan and add coconut oil to it. Place it on the stove, and once the oil is heated, fry the shaped vada until they turn golden brown.**  Once golden and crisp, these Parippu Vade are best served hot with a cup of tea or a touch of chili sauce on the side.
