To go beyond your limit, you must first know and understand your limits. As a matter of fact, you cannot go beyond the limits you've not accepted. What puts you ahead of others is the "extra" you add in the "ordinary" to create an extraordinary result.
https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmP69EufVgsGkgDe3woiUDHtpXXLodeEaeT1Zw6JP38K5r/1582920010256.png

Image from [Pixabay](https://pixabay.com/illustrations/limits-push-man-strain-cartoon-2235709)
You will be surprised how far you can go beyond your limits. Limits, more often than not, exist in the mind. Our bodies are capable of doing pretty scary stuffs but only if our minds can permit that. When you overcome the limitation of the mind, then the limitation of the body will be a cheap work-over. I once read about a superhuman feat done by a young mother. She was working on her SUV car while it was jacked. Her little kid was playing outside and he ran into the jacked car. The car dismounted from the jack and partly fell on the little boy. Without thinking twice, the woman lifted up the car with her bare hands and dragged her son from the car. At that point, her natural mind that would have limited her reasoning was temporarily suspended and she didn't need the cooperation of her brain to perform the feat. Actually, this feat can be done by anyone at anytime but our brains will not let us. This is why I have always said that people's greatest limitations are not from outside but from within. Most times, what is preventing you from going beyond what you think is your limit is not an outside force, it is not even the challenge itself but it is your mind. Success begins from the mind before it manifests on the outside, same also is failure - it also begins from the mind. If you believe that you can surmount that mountain, then you can, but only if your mind will permit you. Before people climbed mount Everest, it appeared to be insurmountable but now we have seen that the limitations were only created by people. Whenever you are faced with a seemingly impossible task, just remind yourself that "giving up" is not an option. This will pump in the required strength needed to take up the challenge. ***Thanks for reading***
Peace on y'all
https://i.imgsafe.org/ae/ae9cc89fec.jpeg http://i.imgur.com/EN9mTyN.gif?1
