On the night before the new year of 2000; after having a night-out with friends; and in the wake of the night, Wesley decided to take his journey back to his house. Being partially drunk and stoned at the same time, he set out with a gyrational kind of movement - just like when smokes are sent forth from the chimney.

Darting around in what you might call "movement", he moved through the terrain leading to his house. But because of factors beyond his explanation, he decided to take a short cut to his house; knowing fully well that the route had been abandoned for as long as his could remember because of some haunting stories - well, ain't nothing to blame, but his stoned state.

On progressing into that route, he heard something that looked like a whisper in the bush. Well, his confidence wasn't startled, so he progressed. But when the whispers turned to chants, the effects of the substances he had taken cleared off like the dew in daytime. And he discovered he was in the middle of a "no zone".

Alas, fear like a mantle rested upon him for the first time in his life. He tried to retrace his steps, but he was already halfway into the terrain. And in that instance, a little girl appeared from inside the bush asking for help, and had her face covered with her hands.

_"Hey young girl, take away your hands from your face and tell me what the problem is"_ -  Wesley said in a shaky voice. When the little girl (or creature, as I may say) withdrew her hands from her face, what Wesley saw left him in perpetual shock. - Is that even a face? Because it lacked any of the structures that would qualify for a face... No eyes, nose, mouth et al.

Holy Shit!! How da hell was this girl able to ask help without having a mouth? Chills of scares rested on Wesley, and confusion beclouded him.
