There is only one of two things that you will be remembered for when you have long gone: The problems you created for the world and the problems of the world that you helped to solve. The choice is entirely in your hands to decide how you want your name to be remembered and this is largely dependent on your actions.

If you want your name and your memory to be remembered for good, then your actions should be tilted towards good. Remember this; a tree is only judged by the quality of its fruit. In the same way, it is your output (your actions of kindness) that will make your memory to be remembered for good.

Every good action your take is never lost, it will definitely create good posterity for you - the reverse will be the case for bad actions. This is why you cannot afford to tilt towards bad actions - for the sake of your future and for the sake of posterity.

Anytime you come across an opportunity to show kindness or to do good, always see it as an opportunity to pave way for yourself for a better future.

When you do good to others, they are not the only beneficiaries of your goodness. Trust me, somehow and someday, that same act will come back in your favour, maybe not exactly the same way and not from the same person, but it will surely come back.

Your greatness is not tied to the abundance of your possession but how you have utilized your possession to improve and better the course of humanity and to make the world a lot better.

If you live and leave the world the same way you came, then your existence was almost futile. This is because, you are meant to create impact and not just to occupy space. It is never late to follow the paths of goodness, so think about it.
