<div class="text-justify"> Many people may think that their outwards beauty and their physique are what define them but much more than that, nothing defines you like your character. Anything that relates to outwards beauty will definitely be affected by the passage of time. This is why, when people get older, their attractiveness tends to dwindle. However, your character will stick around and form part of you even beyond the passage of time. <center></center> <center>Image from [Pixabay](https://pixabay.com/vectors/rude-blowing-child-gesture-girl-151093)</center> Maintaining your beauty on the outside is good, no doubt. At least, it is makes people to get attracted to you and it is good to have a nice appearance. However, do not only focus on your outward appearance but you should work to improve your inner beauty - your character. Other forms of beauty may attract people to you, because people tend to be easily moved by what their physical senses can perceive. However, there is still a sense that can perceive when someone has a good character. This is why, there are some people that will appear to be of a fair demeanor but when they speak or act, it will be portray a very crooked character. No matter how you try to hide it, if you do not have a good character, it will show and people will sense it. Trust me, many people are already trying to survive through the cruelty of this world and they will not want to add the nastiness of your character to it, they will rather take a walk, so you have to build up a good character. You may be making a point, but how you make it is a reflection of who you are and not what you have to say. It baffles me when people give the excuse of "being brutally truthful" or "being real" for a bad attitude. Well, just to let you know that they are very different. No one is asking you not to be truthful or real, but you have to understand that the way and the manner matters a lot. The people that you see as having good character all made a choice to be good. Good characters are not gifted, nor are they inherited. They are nurtured through making the right choice and sticking to it. Maybe someone needs to know that anyone can have a good character if they choose to. Of course, the good or bad you see in people's character is a direct result of how they have chosen. People may flirt around you because of very many reasons but the truth is, they will often look beyond what they flirt about and focus more on character when they want to become serious with you. If you find yourself in a position where you keep losing more good friends than you make, then it is time for you to question your character and your attitude. <center></center> <center>Image from [Pixabay](https://pixabay.com/illustrations/question-mark-muscles-muscle-package-2258902)</center> Most times, how people relate with you is a function of the kind of attitude you display towards them. So, if there is one more thing to keep building up about yourself, then it has to be your attitude, because it is the building block to your character. ***Thanks for reading*** <div class=phishy>Peace on y'all</div> http://i.imgur.com/EN9mTyN.gif?1 </div>
