Before I start I want to congratulate @euronation under the chairmanship of @eurogee for hosting a mega meetup in owerri which is the first of its kind, I was very happy when I heard about because 'owerri' is my hometown and am glad this gospel of steemit is being brought to my people by them(@euronation) And I want to give some reasons why attending meetups seminars etc will take you to the mainstream here in steemit, and here are some reason to look into...  •LEARNING NEW TACTICS and ideas FROM OTHERS. Of course meetups and seminars are always for interactions , so attending meetups will trigger your personal thinking and and by so doing new ideas may flow in to develop you the more. • FINDING PEOPLE FROM YOUR NICHE It is always a thing of joy to find and learn from your niche mates and also steemians that have already worked through the part are working on, it makes you realize you are not alone and it builds up strong relationship and interaction it also helps you learn from their past experiences.  •BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIP Attending meetups, seminars and conference will always help to build a very strong and rigid relationship with people you don't see everyday, it helps to , establish and strengthen relationship already built and also help you have a one and one or person to person talk with steemit friends you have not seen before •RELEVANT INFORMATION I think this is self explanatory, but let me through more light. In meetups and seminars their are some secrets or tricks you may hear that you May not hear anywhere else. That's why meetups/seminars are always the write place to get first hand and current information, remember you can never learn all here so try and be current always with right and good information • REAL PARTNERSHIP THIS will help lunch yourself in to the mainstream, this is very important because it helps you to dig out skills and things you don't posses....... Let me stop here at least I think you have seen some of the little reasons I gave, MY ADVICE try as much as you can to attend meetups seminar or conference it will help widen your scope and help you get more information about steemit, invest your time in quality information, watch educative videos all in the aim of being a better you......
