<pre><code>in this post i am going to explain the wide use of raw mango fruit in India.</code></pre>
<pre><code>but before that let us discuss some health benefits of raw mangoes.</code></pre>

  <li>Raw mango fruit is rich in vitamin A and C, &nbsp;iron,calcium and 82% of magnesium which is vital for the extraction of wastes in the body .</li>
  <li>&nbsp;raw green mangoes are also good for diabetics.</li>
  <li>&nbsp;the vitamin c content aids in treatment of blood disorders.</li>
  <li>it is very good for gums and prevents bleeding of the gums and check bad odour and tooth decay.</li>
  <li>scurvy which is caused due to the deficiency of vitamin c can be prevented by eating a lot of mangoes.</li>
</ul>
<h2>there are many more health benefits of raw mangoes but i have discussed about the important ones here.</h2>
<h2>we must not forget that too much of anything is harmful and thus is the fruit too.</h2>
<h3>consuming too much of the raw fruit may cause indigestion, throat irritation,dysentry and abdominal colic.</h3>

  <li><em><strong>raw mangoes are used to make pickles which can be widely seen in Indian shops , mallls and in houses of &nbsp;people u visit.for its sour taste pickles are given along with the food to add some taste and it also helps in digestion of the fruit.</strong></em></li>
  <li><em><strong>chutney </strong></em><code><em><strong>{cold sauce}</strong></em></code><em><strong> is made from raw mangoes.it is sometimes sour which is used immediately after preparation and the other one which is sweet and sour in taste can be preserved for months and some products can be stored and used for as long as &nbsp;3 months.</strong></em></li>
  <li><em><strong>another fine products is amchoor or dry mango powder which is used in some cooking recepi's and is a good medicine for digestion.</strong></em></li>
  <li><em><strong>raw mango juice is seen served after meal in occasion's and is a very good drink.</strong></em></li>
