Idk if anyone else with a reputation around my level is having problems with getting good content upvoted or if I'm doing something wrong.

I have been here over a year posting a few times a day and I see most other people with similar content. Honestly, I really don't make even close to what I see other photographers making and I won't lie: it's starting to be a little discouraging. There are times when I work an hour and sometimes more on a post and only get like 18 cents. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to maybe help with this or is my content really that bad? I have almost 400 posts most of which I feel are decent content idk if my stuff is just going unnoticed or if I can do something to help get it seen? 

Really just want a little feedback as to anything i can or should do.
