So I've done a bunch of research on LomoStar.

Here is the gist of what you have to do:
1. Download the app from the app store
2. Register 
3. Use referral code 15G817 (mutually beneficial referral program)
4. Open envelopes using vitality points (you get one every 2 hours - 1 V point = 1 Envelope)
5. Get coins from peers, businesses in exchange for joining their group

From my research, this concept is huge in Asia already (WeChat groups for businesses giving out coupons). It is only a matter of time when this takes off elsewhere in the world.
