Steem is going big after this year because of its potentiality  to grow as faster as bitcoin but we need to highlights some points where it needs to be more focused and under great concerns .

1. Marketing & promotion :- steem promotion is not at that level where it deserves because after 3 years of existence ,steem still not well known in the mass .we keep promoting at the most but not out of steemit platform . so why not each of us who are steemit user , go to school ,college and let introduce this blockchain and make them aware about it. we also encourage people to do charity by donating steem as currency on  various  charity sites .
Go to facebook , whatsapp , twitter , instagram, google and share steemit post and tag 3 friends to make them aware of this blockchain.

2. Launch steem as sponsor of any kinds of sports: - I understand this is not easy going task but why not ours well known witness think a step ahead and try this . for me ,i can use steem blockchain  as sponsor if i organise any local sports competitions or debate .

3. Think steem more than proof of brain :- nowadays steem coin has been traded as assets also  in casino as game rewarding coins then why not we all unite and play a role on street level to create some lottery wining game on the base of steem. 

4. project deadlines:- recently on steem ,the project like SMT ,HIVEMIND , MIRA   all got delayed after announcement then why not we learn lesson  

5. More exchanges :-  steem needs to be on more exchanges  to show the  traders that its here to expand not shrink the service. ``

and finally , we need to post well contents to make the blockchain more active
