There is an emotional dependency that gives rise to an excessive need to maintain a relationship regardless of the consequences. Life experiences lead us to demonstrate that this way of acting does not benefit us in any way, on the contrary, it harms us in a great way, since it generates stress, depression and anxiety.

If a person comes to have an emotional dependence is because it is difficult to maintain a personal and unique identity, so it falls into a swing of making decisions that lead him to be able to assume their own responsibilities. When the person who moves away from the one who is suffering from emotional dependence may experience in itr a fear of such remoteness.

The fear of not knowing how to be independent is a factor that greatly develops an emotional dependence, since we always want to be linked to some company, the fear of being alone is one of the first stages that we have to overcome in order not to have an emotional detention.

It is very different when our emotions only depend on what we ourselves do or can build, since the opposite case is that our welfare will only depend on a company to which we should not cling.
