La comunicación es esencial en la educación, tanto los docentes como alumnos deben ser capaces de generar un ambiente comunicacional que sea eficiente y que propicie a la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. 

Si buscamos ser asertivos es en este proceso tan importante como lo es la educación, debemos pensar antes de actuar y decir cualquier cosa, todos nuestros pensamientos deben estar enfocados en opinar sobre aspectos que estén fielmente relacionados con el tema que estemos tratando.

En el mejor de los casos la asertividad educacional debe tender a buscar el equilibrio entre lo que se debe decir para que los docentes y alumnos se sientan comunicados, a la vez que dicho proceso comunicacional se da de forma respetuosa y en donde los actores principales se pongan en el lugar del otro para que entre todos aprendan a respetar las ideas del otro.  

También es importante incorporar la variable eficiencia, ya que si somos asertivos es importante que la asertividad la hagamos con eficiencia, si existe un tema en debate es  importante que logremos transmitir nuestras ideas y opiniones que sean más relevantes sin malgastar tiempo ni recursos de forma excesiva, ya que la eficiencia en la asertividad radica en dar a entender lo que queremos decir de forma clara y sin gastar tiempo ni recursos en exceso. 

### ***¿Cómo lograr una asertividad eficiente al comunicarnos con los demás?***

Debemos tener clara las ideas que debemos comunicar, es por ello que en el caso de los docentes no se recomienda improvisar en las clases de aula, sino más bién prepararnos previamente y de ser posible preparar la clases del tema que se vaya a impartir.
Para el caso de los alumnos es importante que durante las clases logren tomar apuntes sobre las ideas más importantes y que el día que se desarrolle el debate ya puedan estar preparados previamente en base al estudio de sus apuntes.

En conclusión puedo decir que ser asertivos comunicacionales en la educación es ser efectivos en la transmisión del conocimiento, todos aprendemos tanto educadores como alumnos, y mientras seamos más asertivos más conocimiento y aprendizaje lograremos adquirir.

If we seek to be assertive in this important process such as education, we must think before we act and say anything, all our thoughts should be focused on giving an opinion on aspects that are faithfully related to the subject we are dealing with.

In the best of cases, educational assertiveness should tend to seek a balance between what should be said so that teachers and students feel communicated, while at the same time that the communication process is respectful and where the main actors put themselves in the place of the other so that all learn to respect each other's ideas.  

It is also important to incorporate the efficiency variable, because if we are assertive it is important that we do it efficiently, if there is a topic under debate it is important that we manage to convey our ideas and opinions that are more relevant without wasting time or resources excessively, since the efficiency in assertiveness lies in giving to understand what we mean clearly and without wasting time or resources in excess. 

### ***How to achieve efficient assertiveness when communicating with others?***

We must be clear about the ideas that we must communicate, that is why in the case of teachers it is not recommended to improvise in the classroom classes, but rather to prepare previously and if possible prepare the classes of the subject to be taught.
In the case of the students, it is important that during the classes they take notes on the most important ideas and that the day the debate takes place they can be previously prepared based on the study of their notes.

In conclusion I can say that being assertive communicational in education is to be effective in the transmission of knowledge, we all learn both educators and students, and the more assertive we are, the more knowledge and learning we will acquire.
