Many people spend a lot of time looking at the digital screen for days and nights. If it continues for a long time, sight may be blurred. It is called Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). To avoid this problem:

Sometimes blurred or regular headaches? Instantly check the eyes. Tell the doctor if you have to spend hours looking at the computer screen at the office and at home.

Adjust the home or office computer's height. It is recommended that the monitor height below the I-level. Or should be 20-28 inches away from your face. It will reduce the pressure on the eyes.

Brightness, contrast and font size adjustments on your laptop or desktop. If needed, wear anti-glare glasses.

Stay away from the digital screen as much as possible. Stop using mobile or tab before or after sleeping.

Instead of looking at the computer screen continuously in the office or home, please take a break of 20 seconds every 20 minutes and try to look at 20 feet away. This will reduce the strain of eyes.
