0.000 HBDDOWNVOTE ACCOUNTS- What am I to make of this?
 What are these accounts and why do I constantly get downvoted by them? Every post it’s A different account downvoting never the same? Also since these accounts have no SP does it actually effect payout? Seems like a huge wast of time setting these accounts up just to downvote with no SP.
