How to Yoga - Flow

<p>There's so much I want to share with you<br>
and I feel like I'm tripping all over myself to get it all out!<br>
I'm excited for everything to come together<br>
(<em>are we in the singularity yet??</em>)<br>
so we can all be our highest selves<br>
and do ultimate good in this place.<br>
I love how Steemit constantly inspires me<br>
to learn new things and be better than the day before,<br>
and for that I want to bring my greatest gifts.<br>
I offer yoga to this revolutionary community<br>
so these revolutionaries can be their best and brightest.<br>
A beautiful thing about yoga is that each day,<br>
each <em>moment</em> even, builds on the last,<br>
and there is no rush to get anywhere<br>
because we're already there.<br>
So I'll just take a deep breath and share everything as the time comes.</p>

for achieving particular ends, but truthfully<br>
<strong>you can do whatever you want.</strong><br>
You can breathe at your pace and move according to your will.<br>

I share what feels right for me,<br>
in hopes that it will be of benefit to you.<br>
If you dig this flow,<br>
can jump on in and do what I'm doing,<br>
or you can leave or take these suggestions and<br>
freestyle as you please.<br>

There are infinite ways to express yourself through movement,<br>
and infinite ways to come into focused oneness.<br>
