Music is really a savior. Songs help us to feel out our emotions and express what we need to let out.

My favorite song is 'Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens....

It brings back childhood memories and makes me forget the pain of adulthood. Also a simple way of suggesting that happy thoughts can indeed heal the mind.
