Advises are one of those things which are extremely common to be found in our modern society because now and then we are receiving some advice from someone around us and this is so common that it gets to be one of the most asked about as well as given aspect in human life itself and that is what makes it so much more useful as well because in many cases it is given with the best of intentions and that can be extremely useful and helpful for our person life.

Where can be a lot of such moments when we feel like we are stuck at a certain point in our life and we are not able to figure out the solution out of that particular point and that is when and advise from someone else can be one of those missing thing that cly be very much essential for us to be making that break through ahead but at the same time some time advises are also something that are very much unnecessary and it becomes extremely hard to follow sometimes as well.

You would also see many people who are giving advise to other people are not able to maintain it themselves the advices that they are telling to other people which is quite contradictory and as also not something very suitable for this particular thing that is going to be creating a perception about this whole thing in a very different manner about that particular personself I am also guilty of the same thing because I also try to advise a lot of people to be kind to yourself and that is one of the most important things that we should be doing and also trying to maintain in our entire life but that is something thself feel to follow on many occasion as well which is something that I regret about quit a lot but it is something that I am not able to maintain.

It should always be us for own selves and all the time because we should be the first person to be supporting ourself regardless of whatever situation we are facing and having that kind attitude towards ourself is very much necessary because the Indus society is already there to judges but it becomes extremely important that we are the best in our own eyes and always there to support ourself regardless of whatever the situation is.

Most of the times whay happens with me is the fact that my inner critic takes the front seat and tries to overpower everything else and that criticism that I generate from myself is something that is always going to be making me feel that I am lacking at something and I need to be doing much better than what I am doing and I am something that is kind of a way and all of those thoughts full and negative things do clutter my brain quite a lot because of that particular aspect and I do not get the opportunity to be kind to myself.

Another very big reason why I am not able to be very kind to myself is the fact that I always try to chase perfectionism and that is something which puts a lot of pressure on myself which is why I try to do things that I am not ready for and pushing myself beyond my limit is something that is not letting me achieve the results that I Desire and at the end of the day all of this is making me feel even worse which is adding to the fuel of negative within myself and the criticism takes up even a notch higher.

One of the things that I have realised personally is the fact that advice is extremely easy to be given rather than followed and that is why I have been something which has been trying to give more efforts towards sticking to my words to myself first and trying to follow everything that I make other people believe in as that is going to be the best thing to be done as it is not right thing to be seen as you are not following something that you are saying other people to do.

I am aware of the fact that doing the things that are told to be done are not as easy like they are to be spoken in the terms of words itself and actely requires a lot more effort and that is why giving advice is much more easier and that is why I am trying tolly making sure that whatever I say is something that is going to be reflected in my action just well which is going to be helping me developed a better mind set as well and also become a good example for other peoplally follow and implement to which is going to make them feel as me to be a trustful person.

There is nothing to be ashamed of if you are not able to follow the same advise that you are giving to other people it is quite natural because there are a lot of things that we are not perfect that and this is something which is going to be making us human as we are required to be giving the same effort that other people need to be givito to be following that particular advice which is why we need to be focusing a little bit more on giving efforts and trying to make sure that we are also doing what we are believing in and yes there can be a lot of such scenario is where even we can feel even if we are believing in something and that is a thing that we need to be realising.
