Here we are floating in the mid 40Ks just weeks after that grind of a consolidation where bitcoin tested 30K over and over and over to the point it a break was so obvious that you had to think it wasn't gonna happen.

Cus, yeah...when it seems to obvious is often when I get skeptical.

Now that we have rallied well off 30K and broke out of that prior trading range lets take a look at the price action a little more...

### Breakout to High to be a Fake out?

At this point it is pretty evident that there has been a successful breakout of the 41K resistance area.  

Price has since pulled back and rallied off that area, though a little messy.

Not only did it do that but the upmove has been rather orderly with pricing coming back to the 10 day moving average to digest the up moves before pushing higher again.

Additionally, bitcoin is above the 200 day moving average again which is never a bad thing.

#### The next frontier....

Right now price has entered the top range, it's basically the area that represents the support (low end) of the range that has the all time highs as the tops.

Looking at the chart you can see it as the M pattern or head and shoulders or whichever topping pattern you prefer.

Either way, roughly 46k to 64k is the highest range on bitcoin.  All those pivot bottoms in this range, such as 48K and 49K will be initial points I am keeping an eye on.

Once acting as support, will they be resistance now?  Ideally I'd like to see price push above them and confirm as support once again.

At that point a run to the all time highs would be in the cards.

On the flipside of all this is if price sells off, the line in the sand is that 41K level.  If that were to get breached we'd fall back into the trading range of hell that price was stuck in all those months.
