The future is coming faster than we think and people buying real estate with crypto may not be mainstream tomorrow, but it is apparently out there enough where brokers want their agents informed enough to talk about crypto if a client brings it up. ### 50 Real Estate Agents and The Cat! Next week I will be doing a 30 minute presentation for a brokerage in NY. It will be your newbie type lesson... + What is a Blockchain + What are crypto wallets and how do they work + How to purchase crypto + Difference between centralized and decentralized It a lesson I have done for more than a year now, that is tweaked to the audience. For example, I will briefly explain what NFTs are given that is something that is of interest in the real estate industry with a home in Tampa FL recently selling as an NFT at auction. In the end, understanding how to use a crypto wallet and how to buy crypto, even if on centralized exchanges is the main item these group needs. Having a basic understanding of what a blockchain is can be useful in conversation as well. More people with an understanding of crypto, more people that come into crypto and that is why I do this.
