The Baltimore Ravens travel out West to play the Oakland Raiders today. Both teams are 2-2 and have been extremely inconsistent. The Raiders are without starting quarterback Derek Carr and have EJ Manuel in his place today.

The Ravens offense has been anemic and I have little faith in them. I am going UNDER 40.5 in this game as I don't see much offense. Cheers!
