0.000 HBDSTOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND READ IF YOU HAVE TYPE 2 DIABETES!
I am wondering if you will read this... I am just a guy with Type 2 diabetes, and I have dogged determination to get past it. Maybe you'll understand that I am barely a diabetic in the sense of diet and control. You probably already know that if you are eating foods high up on the glycemic index that you will struggle. Don't judge too quickly; because, it takes hard work to get where I am. When the Doctor tells you "Keep doing what you are doing!" I take that as a clear signal that my success has not only been in Cholesterol, but also sugar intake. Can you imagine yourself getting your diabetes Type 2 under control? Can you imagine that if you just understand food a bit more that you can combat it in a functional way? One can, dear reader, One can! You might notice the feelings of what it is like to finally get it down to where it needs to be. It felt great when I looked at my glucose in the morning and noticed 89-90 after a night of sleep. A person might realize that when you take water more often that you will help your body. It is so simple, yet often forgotten or not followed. One could get them selves to a good level; because, it is not so hard. The hard resistance is often within yourself. It takes commitment and that is a muscle that we all have to work! You can get your numbers low when you realize and learn about food and type 2 diabetes. You can do it, can you not? I don't know if you know this, but there are 4 things you can eat on every plate that will help reverse it. Don't believe me, but you can believe Harvard after all they are not idiots. You might notice how good it feels when you realize that you too can do it! All you have to do is eat these 4 things.... Don't believe me, but do the research from Harvards website. Will you research it, or will you dive deep in it? I wouldn't tell you this just for my own health even though it has helped it. How would it feel if you lowered your glucose? Are you one of these people who eat chocolate cake then inject yourself with insulin? I have seen that, and it is not a way of even living. I could tell you that people are doing that to scare you, but it is true. I have seen folks do that. It bothers me, yet it is their business. Sooner or later it will catch up with them. No one can escape time. Sometimes you just have to face the hard truth and push forward anyways! Eventually you will go to sleep at night feeling good about your decisions. It is hard work, but the rewards are waking up to good to decent glucose numbers. Of course you can't do it on diet alone. Try to resist that chocolate cake? It is getting difficult isn't it? When you learn about the glycemic loads foods have you then have a big realization. You might not have noticed, but when you understand that chart it gets easier. All a person has to do is just be below 55 on the index. Can you really enjoy your insulin or are you paying for it later? What happens to you when you get amputated or die of a heart attack. The reason is most people do not die from diabetes they die from complications. You might notice some sensations in your body when I mention Amputee. One doesn't have to give up the good life. You just have to find the love in what you do. That means fall in love with new foods that can indeed benefit you. It is easy, is it not? When you put it into practice? You are able to do this. All you have to do is have those 4 things on every plate. Please resteem!
