# Hail to the Hive! Today has been what can only be described as a washout. Rain, rain and more rain followed by rain oh and did I mention the rain? I was really hoping we would be able to make some headway on the engine installation today but the typically English weather has made it more than a tad difficult.  But Luckily,so the engine bay doesn’t get completely flooded,I have covered it with a large tarpaulin which luckily lets light through so we don’t feel like we are in a cave. It’s a little frustrating though as I was hoping today we would make some headway into the project today. Instead we have got next to nothing accomplished as with welding and other things needed to be done it’s just proving to be impossible.  It’s only a temporary setback though and I can see tomorrow the forecast is much better so it should be all guns blazing tomorrow and make some progress with the installation.  I am in surprisingly good spirits though as the engine is actually in place and we are agonizingly close to getting Badger back in action. The new heart of Badger looks great so we need to get her beating as soon as possible. Will be an amazing day when we set off. I am tempted to live stream it so folks can watch us set off on the maiden voyage with the new powerplant.  So for now we will stay under cover and get what little we can done. Tomorrow is Odins day and I have confidence that the ‘All Father’ will look down upon my little long boat favorably and we will get a lot more done. The need to be nomadic and start cruising again is getting strong.  Soon Badger will live again!
