# Hail to the Hive! So much has changed in my hometown in all the years we were overseas that it’s almost like wandering round a completely new town, except I pretty much know my way round. I’ve enjoyed seeing the changes and discovering new shops, cafes and bars. One new discovery was this place.  A coffee roasters and wholesale retail outlet that was just around the corner from my good friends pub. Apparently they also supply him with his coffee also.  We poked our noses in the window and saw the lovely coffee roasting machine, sacks of coffee and generally all things coffee. A wonderland of coffee. We couldn’t resist, we had to go in.  I was immediately drawn to the shiny cool looking machinery. Mmmm shiny shiny. And was taking photos as my good lady wife @millycf1976 perused the coffee.  I just love machines and think that this coffee roasting machinery is as photographable as any next top model. So lovely, so interesting, great lines, so shiny. I like shiny.  I often wonder is all the design done from a practical standpoint or are the designers into a bit of steam punk. It’s gorgeous.  I want one but it would full half of our boat haha so alas, not gonna happen.  The sacks on the floor could be for convenience or for the aesthetics I really didn’t care. Sacks of coffee give off a great vibe.  There was alot of choice and as partial as I am to Ethiopian coffee we decided to plump for a bean we rarely have for a bit of a treat and to have something different.  So we arrived back on the boat with this bag full of Brazilian loveliness.  Tomorrow I will run this bag of delight through its paces on our breaking badger vacuum filter and also a french press and give you the run down on what we think. Until then ### Ciao!
