Today I would like to share you a delicious waffle recipe.

STEP 1
Prepare Honey Orange Syrup

Ingredients
1 cup of honey 🍯
1 piece of orange 🍊 

Instruction
In a pot, whisk together honey and orange juice over medium heat. Stirring the mixture while waiting for it to boil and the orange juice is completely incorporated.
Remove from heat and wait it cool. Ready for serving.  


STEP 2
Make Waffles

Ingredients (5-6 waffles)
Water - 2 cups
Flour - 2 cups
Egg white - 2 pieces
Egg yolk - 2 pieces
Baking powder - 4 teaspoons
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Melted Butter (non-salted) - 4 tablespoons
Canola oil - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon

Instruction 
In a bowl, put in flour, baking power, baking soda,sugar and salt, mix well.
Add in egg yolk and water into the flour mixture, mix together
Add in melted butter and conola oil into the bowl, mix well
In another bowl, beat egg white until fluffy. Pour it into the mixture just now, mix well.
Add the batter into the waffle iron and cook it until slightly brown color.


STEP 3
Prepare Waffle Dessert

Ingredients
1 piece of waffle 
1 scoop of ice cream (any flavour)
2 pieces of cut strawberry 🍓
50 pieces chocolates chips
3 teaspoons of honey orange syrup

Instruction
In a plate, put in 3/4 of waffle as base, put another 1/4 above the waffle. Put in the strawberry and chocolate chip as decoration. Add in a scoop of ice cream. Last step, add in some honey orange syrup at the top. 
The waffle dessert is ready to serve.
