There are many Jade trees growing outside at my place and I have a few in pots This time of year, they all start flowering, except my Crassula gollum. In the 7 or 8 years I have had it, it hasn't ever flowered.

I wonder why the Gollum doesn't want to give me flowers, it seems happy enough!
