Everyone who currently thinks about creating an account at the Poloniex site, be aware that there are tons of people who can't get their cryptos out or worse, have no idea at all where their cryptos went!

Around 60 days ago, I decided to give Poloniex a try, and made a deposit into my ETH wallet there.
To this day, I'm still waiting for my ETH to show up in the poloniex wallet. I tried to get some support a number of times in the so called "troll chat". Maybe the "troll chat" has its name for a reason because no moderator was willing to help at all. The usual comment: "Fill out a support ticket, please!"

This support ticket is - nearly 60 days later - still untouched like a virgin. You have the option to update the ticket, but for me - it didn't bring any attention to my ticket at all.

I didn't lose much since I just wanted to give the Poloniex site a try. 
Nonetheless, the unwillingness to help and the impossibility to reach anyone there (by email or phone) is more than a shame. It's criminal!

I consider my ETH gone and won't ever use this platform again.
Be careful, if you still have cryptos or even make a new deposit there.

Alle die im Augenblick darüber nachdenken einen Poloniex-Account zu er erstellen, seid euch darüber bewußt, dass unzählige Nutzer ihre Crpytos nicht mehr rücküberweisen können oder noch schlimmer, überhaupt keine Ahnung haben wohin ihre Cryptos verschwunden sind.

Vor knapp 60 Tagen habe ich mich dazu entschlossen Poloniex zu testen und überwies einen Betrag in meine dortige ETH-Geldbörse. Bis heute warte ich darauf, dass mein ETH dort angezeigt wird. Ich habe unzählige Male im sogenannten "Troll-Chat" versucht Support zu erhalten. Vielleicht hat der "Troll Chat" seinen Namen ja aus einem bestimmten Grund, denn kein Moderator war willens in irgendeiner Form zu helfen. Das gewöhnliche Kommentar: " Fülle bitte ein Support-Ticket aus!"

Dieses Support-Ticket ist - fast 60 Tage später - immernoch unberührt wie eine Jungfrau. Man hat die Option sein Ticket zu updaten, aber in meinem Fall hat es keinerlei zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeit zu meinem Ticket gebracht.

Ich habe nicht viel verloren, da ich Poloniex erstmal nur einen Versuch geben wollte.
Nichtsdestotrotz, die fehlende Bereitschaft zu helfen und die fehlende Möglichkeit irgendjemanden (per Telefon, Email) zu erreichen ist mehr als eine Schande.
Es ist kriminell!

Ich betrachte mein ETH als verloren und werde diese Plattform niemals wieder benutzen.
Seid vorsichtig, wenn ihr dort immer noch Kryptos liegen habt oder gar eine neue Einzahlung  ausführen wollt.
