This is due to the fact that at the moment all such operations are carried out through centralized crypto-currency trading platforms that operate without a license and state regulation. In this regard, most of the exchange of Fiat currency for digital assets is associated with risks. Moreover, each trading platform can independently manipulate the price of virtual currencies in order to maximize profits.* *Another significant problem of modern virtual currencies is the lack of a decentralized service that allows you to take a loan in Fiat funds secured by cryptocurrency, especially if you need to get a loan in large volume.* ***The new Vena Network project will change the situation and provide an opportunity for decentralized exchange of virtual currencies for Fiat, as well as obtaining loans secured by digital assets.***  # Project objective The main goal of Vena Network developers is to create a decentralized network of financing and exchange of virtual currencies, characterized by high security and low fees.  # Principle of operation **The work of the platform is based on the unique Vena Protocol, divided into several levels:** * *basic, including the registration process, setting up exchange conditions, as well as creating conditions for the implementation of agreements;* * *the level of assets, implying the implementation of agreements, the terms of which are set in the first level.* The first and the most important process on this site is the registration process, during the passage of which each user must specify his identity, country of residence and some other facts, as well as confirm them. If necessary, the user can apply for a loan in the appropriate section, where he will be offered one of several smart contracts with certain conditions that meet the requirements of the legislation of the state in which he lives. If necessary, the platform participant can create his own smart contract, which will specify the conditions for obtaining the loan, as well as the terms of its repayment. However, it is worth noting that only the most stable cryptocurrency assets can be used to obtain a loan in Fiat funds when depositing a pledge in the form of virtual currencies. All transactions will be carried out through the Blockchain, thereby eliminating the possibility of interference of unauthorized persons and the possibility of fraudulent actions. The key elements of the platform will be Vena nodes, which are conditionally divided into evaluators and relays. The first assesses the risk of default, as well as consider all possible scenarios, while the second accelerates the process of execution of all orders for debt financing. Nodes are rewarded for performing such operations.  **It is worth noting that the node can be persons who meet such criteria:** * *experience in lending;* * *knowledge of laws;* * *the presence of a qualification.* All this ensures the reliability and security of transactions for the provision of loans and the exchange of virtual currencies for Fiat funds and back. If the smart contract is not fulfilled, the Jury Network, consisting of qualified members, is used to resolve disputes, which help to change the terms of the smart contract under certain circumstances or to oblige the borrower to return the amount to the lender.  The main coin of the platform will be the token VENA, which provides participants with many advantages.
