Stewed potatoes with meat and sour cream in pots.

INGREDIENTS:

potatoes 16 pcs.
meat 4 slices
sour cream 1 glass
onions 4 pcs.
carrot 1 pc.
Butter 50 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
parsley to taste
white mustard seeds to taste

PREPARATION:

1. Pork with interlayer of fat to cut into brusochki.

2. Fry in oil until light crust.

3. Large grate the carrots, finely chop the onions, remove the meat from the frying pan, fry the onion until soft, pour carrots, fry for another 5 minutes.

4. Peel the potato tubers, cut each into pieces (4-6 pieces), transfer to a bowl, pour salted sour cream, leave for a third of an hour to impregnate.

5. Fill potatoes with pots until half, then add carrots, meat and onions, and report potatoes to the top of the pot. In each pour a little water and sour cream to cover the top of the potatoes.

6. Put on a piece of oil, close tightly with foil. Put in an oven with a temperature of 200 degrees for half an hour.

7. Remove carefully the foil, continue cooking in the oven for another half hour.

8. Stewed potatoes with meat and sour cream in pots should be covered with a crust of golden color. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, ground black pepper and mustard seeds.
