Hello?? I am @seunglimdaddy who lives in Korea. This is the 9th introduction to Korean food, and I will introduce you to "Tongdak" today. "Tong" means whole, and "dak" means chicken in Korean. It means a dish made with a whole chicken. Maybe you should try a lot of chicken dishes. Tongdak is very popular when you come to Korea. In particular, in the summer, Tongdak is a famous snack to eat with beer, so there is a word "Chiemak". "Chiemak" is a compound word of "chicken" and "maekju(beer)". The variety of Tongdak varies according to the cooking methods such as original Tongdak, spicy Tongdak, and charcoal Tongdak, etc. So we cad order two kinds of dishes with one chicken. It is a dish that can be easily seen in Korea. I used menus of specific companies in Korea to help understand. (For reference, I have nothing to do with the company.) 1 ) original Tongdak 2 ) spicy Tongdak 3 ) garlic Tongdak There are about a dozen Tongdak companies in Korea, and there are tens of thousands of chain stores contracted with these companies. That's why they offer a variety of menus and conveniences to keep their company competitive. If you have not tried chicken yet, I recommend you try it when you come to Korea. Next time I will introduce another Korean food. Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!! ##
Your following and voting are powerful for me. # [
](https://steemit.com/@seunglimdaddy)
