In case you haven't already noticed somewhere on the platform. American tradingmarket poloniex changed it terms of use and basically states that in any case the users cannot sue them and take no legal actions in court whenever they made use of the platform.

This is seriously bad. Poloniex already has a very bad reputation in not being transpirant and not communicating to the public about what's going on with the coins that are down all the time.. Also the CEO and other Boardmembers have been suspect of using different names and their background or other info consist only of 1 or 2 photo's and that they are founders of poloniex.. nothing more is known...

People I want all to be very carefull with poloniex now. If they just don't pay you out, or they ignore your support tickets for months or years and don't give you your money back there is nothing you can do about it now. This may be a next phase in a gigantic scam going to be revealed if you ask me... at least it is very very suspicious.
