 Today was another day, I thought I wouldn't feel good, but during the gym I felt like pushing harder. My workout went as follows: Box Squat 3,3,4 reps, 90kg (198lbs) (Progress) Paused Overhead Press 6,5,4 reps, 42.5kg (93.5lbs) (Progress) Deadlift 1x4, 95kg (209 lbs), 1,1, reps of 97.5kg (214.5kg) (Progress) Dumbbell preacher curls 10,11,7 reps of 10kg (22lbs) (Progress) Close grip bench press 8,7 reps, 50kg (110lbs) (My grip was closer than before) Face pulls 32kg 8,8,8,7,6 Today I felt like pushing. It was fun. Close grip bench would have been a progress if I held at the same grip. But I held it closer making it more difficult. Be consistent. I am seeing difference finally on my body and
