## Today i'm going to write about difference between ERP and EAS.

Today's it's really hard to find any business firm that they are not used any Business solution software for their firm. Every one use those software for their data management. Specially for Manufacturing Based or industrial based business a ERP or EAS can play a vital rule to run their business proper way. ERP is the mostly used in our country in Industrial sector. Day by day the popularity of ERP is increasing in our country for RMG industries, Composite Industries, Chemical industries, Spinning Mills, Textile mills e.t.c. 


ERP- Enterprise Resource Planning, If we are going to define ERP it Full meaning will not match with it's action. Any organization try to make a business solution depending on their Business process, they just try to make it dynamic to run their process, including including inventory and order management, accounting, human resources, customer relationship management (CRM).  In ERP solution Management try to make it's based on their expected report, so they just go through in a Integrated process to link their business, that can get their expected data form it without knocking anyone.

If any industries of business firm want to developed their ERP with integrated process that means if they want to run their business through ERP then we can say it EAS. Enterprise Application System. A EAS can be play as a business planner for any industries or Business firm. Because if you want to make a EAS based on any business process, you have to  integrate everything dynamically how your business is run. Form the first step of your business to last step of your business should have a link thorough overall process, including accounting, HRM and CRM. 


For Example here i'm going to introduced you a EAS for Knit Composite Industries. Composite Factory is very complected business process in Bangladesh, Basically they are use to produced Knitted Ready made Garments. They have the every process of making a any Ready Made Garments, without Spinning Mills. To Make a EAS for any Garments and knit composite sector it's really very difficult one, because in RMG sector day by day the complexity of Garments item become more complex to handle those all process it's really very tup to make a standard one EAS.

For a Knit composite sector the process began with getting a work order from Garments Buyer and it closed with Ship out all goods, If we are going to make a EAS for composite industries we have integrate all of process to make a ready made garments, for example, the process began with marketing division, then merchandising division, after receiving all data from marketing and merchandising division should make a plan for knitting division, after knitting division should make a link with dyeing division, then should integrated with AOP division, then Cutting, printing, Sewing, finishing, then for ship out, at last should make a great integration with commercial division. If one's data comes form marketing and  merchandising division it will used though all over the process,

 EAS make this thing very easy, EAS used to get data from Marketing and merchandising division and dynamically it transfer it through all over the business.
