 ### Hello Steemians In todays post of my discovery tour across the Allgäu I'll show you one of the region's many attraction, the _Stuibenfall_. With a drop height of 25 m, the Stuibenfall is the largest waterfall in the district of _Oberstdorf_. Its water falls over a terrain step towards the end of the _Oytal_ valley, which can be accessed from the village of _Oberstdorf_. At the end of the Oytal a steep slope leads up on a gravel road towards a view point at 1300 m. From there the natural spectacle can be enjoyed from almost immediate proximity. The impact of the raging water masses after 25 m of free fall produces so much spray that I had to constantly wipe the lens of my camera. The cooling effect was highly welcome though since I had climbed all the way up with an old 3-gear bike (at some point I had stopped to count all the E-Bikers who had overtaken me with ease during my climb). Here a few impressions for you to enjoy:  _Towards the end of the Oytal valley._  _Up it goes._  _The view back down the valley. Hidden behind the mountain slope to the left lies Oberstdorf._  _Approaching the steaming Stuibenfall.
