Dry air inside the plane, the food is not tasty and to make it even worse are noisy passengers. 
Long flights will also make your skin dull, hair go limp and it will make your eyes puffy,  
But dont worry there are many ways to avoid this. 
Just bring a few beauty items and it will transform youre journey into an opportunity to pamper yourself . 

After landing, I'm sure you'll look amazing, so that all your selfie's will be the best.

Drinking water is very important while on a long flight, just try to consume at least one glass per hour. 


humidity inside a plane can be relatively low, which is actually drier than the Sahara desert but not hot though.

In this dry environment you will easily lose water, so you must drink water or any drinks that does not contain alcohol and caffeine.
And try cold water with a slice of lemon instead of a cola. 
Healthy snacks fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables are also better than junk foods. 

Avoid putting makeup, foundation, blush and bronzer while on a long flight. 
Just nourish your skin with any moisturzing treatment.

Long hours on an airplane is the same  as taking an environmental damage, and with lack of sleep due to the changing time zones, will surely cause skin to look dull. 


To get the fresh hair look just get a condtioner and brush it out for a look that's freshly washed.

Also wipe yourself with cleansing wipes and use a SPF-moisturiser especially if you’re landing during the day.
Finally, brighten your lips with a coat of Pure Color Lipstick that you like. 
Avoid lipsticks that tend to be dry looking,  choose lipsticks that is highly moisturising, so you will look and feel comfortable as you go on your latest adventures.
