In the rewards section when you are posting something you have three options.

# 1. Power Up 100%

# 2. Default (50% / 50%)

# 3. Decline Payout

I think new member when he post need to use 1 number choose because he need power up full force.

Then when he power full.
Then he use 2 number choose because his power good position.

If any one free service then he choose 3 number it is free service.
