Everyone knows, that in our lives memories are inserted forever and time does not erase, but it makes old feelings of an eternal longing relive.

As much as there is this longing, we cannot be sad, because we must remember that they were wonderful moments and we live intensely, in this way, these memories that are kept must be something good and not be remembered as something bad.

Adult life is very complicated and we often let some feelings go, at other times we want to forget things that were bad and I even agree with that, but at certain times we want to completely erase everything.

We must let go of some things that hurt us, but in the case of the good ones we must always remember them, remember the people who lived with us and the amazing times we had together.

Remember, life is an eternal experience, so whether things were bad or good, it all counts for our personal experience. As individuals grow and evolve, don't live in bitterness over memories, but actually never forget what touched your heart and marked your mind.

Todos sabem, que em nossas vidas as recordações ficam inseridas para sempre e o tempo não apaga, mas faz reviver velhos sentimentos de uma saudade eterna.

Por mais que exista essa saudade nós não podemos ficar tristes, porque devemos lembrar que foram momentos maravilhosos e vivemos intensamente, dessa forma, essas memórias que ficam guardadas devem ser algo bom e não ser lembradas como algo ruim.

A vida de adulto é muito complicada e muitas vezes deixamos alguns sentimentos ir embora, em outras queremos esquecer coisas que foram ruins e eu até concordo com isso, mas em certos momentos queremos passar uma borracha total em tudo.

Devemos deixar algumas coisas que nos machucaram irem embora, mas no caso das boas devemos sempre lembrar delas, lembrar das pessoas que conviveram conosco e os momentos incríveis que passamos juntos.

Lembre-se, a vida é uma eterna experiência, então mesmo que as coisas tenham sido ruins ou boas, tudo isso conta para nossa experiência pessoal. Dessa forma como indivíduos crescemos e evoluímos, não viva em amargura por conta de lembranças, mas na verdade, nunca se esqueça daquilo que tocou seu coração e marcou a sua mente.
