The answer is simple, based on a few points: the difficulty in bringing in new users, keeping those who have already entered active and explaining to those who have never heard of it, how interesting it can be to start a career here. Despite having brought some people into Hive, none of them simply remained active and I believe that a large part of this problem is the complexity of using the tools that we have available to post, which require a certain knowledge of their users, as well as the idea wrong that money will be earned very quickly and in exchange for little effort applied. Bringing new people on board Hive is a challenge that I still don't understand, because how can it be so complex to explain and convince them that it is possible to get financial resources being a content creator, writing about what you like and without needing thousands of hours and followers to “monetize your channel”? So it should be something simple, something that should get easy attention, but it's not. So that way what I earn here directly or indirectly helps my family and sometimes they don't even know about it. This is the coolest thing, being able to provide something for those I love through my posts, much more than just sharing knowledge and trying to pass on a positive message, the resource I get in return here, helps with everything that is needed within from my house and that for me is something sensational. Also, the freedom we are afforded should be something everyone should be looking for, when I present Hive as being a new way to get resources freely, with creative freedom that is only up to you, not even that attracts much attention from new people. My daily posts also generate Hive Power for my account, so every vote I make on other members' posts or HP delegated to some project like our official curation account for Brazilians, helps the members who are voted for it. In part, the HP that makes up this voting account, has the HP of countless members who are helping each other. When I better understood that having effective HP helps other members a lot, I decided to leave a good amount on my profile to promote this. Of course there are many points to improve, but the “network” that I do here, meeting new people who have similar tastes to mine, is already an incredible way of helping me and so, as I get to know more and more people, I do my best to try to help them in some way, trying to interact more and participate more. ____ So, the message I can once again convey is that Hive has the ability to benefit not only its individual users, but the entire network itself, from the moment people understand and believe in secondary projects or exactly at Hive itself, as a main project of life and communion with other people. A resposta é simples, sendo baseada em alguns pontos: a dificuldade em trazer novos usuários, manter aqueles que já entraram ativos e explicar para quem nunca ouviu falar sobre, como pode ser interessante começar uma carreira aqui. Apesar de ter trago algumas pessoas para dentro da Hive, simplesmente nenhuma delas continuou ativamente e acredito que grande parte desse problema seja a complexidade em utilizar as ferramentas que temos disponíveis para postar, que exigem um certo conhecimento de seus usuários, assim como também a ideia errada de que será ganho dinheiro de forma muito rápida e em troca de pouco esforço aplicado. Trazer novas pessoas a bordo da Hive, é um desafio que até hoje fico sem entender, pois como pode ser tão complexo explicar e convencer elas de que é possível conseguir recursos financeiros sendo um criador de conteúdo, escrevendo sobre aquilo que gosta e sem precisar de milhares de horas e seguidores para “monetizar o seu canal”? Então deveria ser algo simples, algo que deveria chamar a atenção fácil, mas não é. Talvez falte um pouco mais de marketing ou então alguma ação conjunta de quem já está dentro para transmitir melhor essa mensagem. <center> <sub>[Navegar - Fonte](https://www.pexels.com/pt-br/foto/barcos-de-papel-em-superficie-solida-194094/)</sub></center> Tomando como exemplo, eu mesmo já espalhei nas minhas redes sociais da velha guarda, que consigo um ganho financeiro vindo da Hive, ganho este que vem me ajudando a pagar contas e a realizar compras no mercado de coisas essenciais para minha vida: alimentos, materiais de higiene e limpeza, materiais escolares dos meus filhos, dentre outras coisas, mas infelizmente isso nunca chamou a atenção da forma que merecia. Então dessa forma o que ganho aqui ajuda de forma direta ou indireta a minha família e às vezes eles nem sabem disso. Isso que é o mais legal, poder prover alguma coisa para quem amo por meio das minhas postagens, muito mais do que apenas compartilhar conhecimento e tentar passar uma mensagem positiva, o recurso que consigo como retorno aqui, auxilia com tudo o que for preciso dentro da minha casa e isso para mim é algo sensacional. Além disso, a liberdade que nos é proporcionado deveria ser algo que todos deveriam procurar, quando apresento a Hive como sendo uma nova forma de conseguir recursos livremente, com liberdade criativa que só depende de você, nem mesmo isso chama muito a atenção de novas pessoas. Minhas postagens diárias também geram Hive Power para minha conta, assim, cada voto que faço nas postagens dos outros membros ou o HP delegado para algum projeto como a nossa conta de curação oficial dos brasileiros, ajuda os membros que por ela são votados. Em parte, o HP que compõe essa conta de votação, tem o HP de inúmeros membros que estão se ajudando. Quando entendi melhor que ter HP efetivo ajuda bastante os outros membros, decidi deixar uma boa quantidade no meu perfil para justamente promover isso. Claro que existem muitos pontos para melhorar, mas, o “network” que realizo aqui, conhecendo pessoas novas e que têm gostos parecidos com o meu, já é uma forma incrível de me ajudar e assim, a medida que vou conhecendo mais e mais pessoas, faço o possível para tentar ajudá-las de algum jeito, tentando interagir mais e participar mais. ____ Assim, a mensagem que posso mais uma vez passar, é que a Hive têm uma capacidade de beneficiar não apenas seus utilizadores individualmente, mas a rede inteira em si, a partir do momento em que as pessoas entendem e vão acreditando em projetos secundários ou exatamente na Hive mesmo, como um projeto principal de vida e comunhão com outras pessoas.
