Panic now exists around the world for the coronavirus. And in this situation we can be a little better and share our likes and dislikes with everyone through #IAmAliveChallenge #HiveIsAlive. Like today, I am still going with another video of mine.  Today I will share a simple topic.  Through which I can calm my mind very easily. We can meditate to keep the body healthy and get peace of mind.  Easy to do at home.
