15-minute digital art drawing.

This is my low-brow entry for @deemarshall's artstorm contest found <a href="https://steemit.com/artstorm/@deemarshall/artstorm-contest-43-day-7-theme-today-wild-horses">HERE</a>. Today's contest theme is "Wild Horses" so I went with a "Horses Gone Wild" theme. I'm not sure if this is something that young people will get. On late night TV they always used to have commercials for "Girls Gone Wild" videos that featured a bunch of drunken college girls at Spring Break, usually flashing cameramen and otherwise behaving like hedonistic tarts.

I used paint.net which has a pixelate distortion feature, so that was easy to do. Otherwise I would have had to use the giant black censor bar.
