<p>Emperor Superior Man continues to rule the world issuing random and juvenile edicts, although I think most of us would agree with Superior Edicts #'s 3 through 14 regarding traffic etiquette. Some of those are just plain good manners and common sense. "3 cars go through on the yellow!"</p>
<p>After two weeks, still no sign of resistance to this tyrannical idiocy. Where are the super heroes? Where is The Hero Formerly Known As Kickman? Where is Chuck Norris?</p>
