Poor Moon Girl can't catch a break. It's another "Ariadne event" here apparently.

Let's face it, part of the mystique of being a superhero or villain is being able to look cool. That's how even scrub villains like Elektro totally can pick up chicks in bars. So of course, if you have a suit of super powered armor, you are going to have a "cape fan" so that the cape can billow behind you as you loom at the camera drone.
