And you can also get to do some practical things like doing your internal customer satisfaction survey and asking questions about where your team members are, how they feel, and being ready for the answers.   Be ready for the answer because some of them may not be as exciting as you might want it.   

Some of them may not be as juicy as you may want it.  Raw truth, we must be ready for this because if you anticipate change, you must be ready to go from where you are to where you intend to be.

But you must also define where you want to be and the people you want to take with you want to be and the processes that lead you there.   So now is a great opportunity to rescope the environment, rescue what is going on within the space, and visa is what you have desired.  Action visa visit people within the environment, the visa culture that you have, the visa processes, and then you make headway.   And another thing that I dare say is that within this period, you don't want to make decisions by yourself.   You want to have people involved in that decision-making.

By people, I mean your team, the people you have in your environment.   You want to have them as part of you, might not take their.  Patients, you might not take their solutions, but you listen to them, you meet them, and you become a part of it.   You know, it's something that a lot of them, a lot of employees, are craving.   This is what they don't get to do.   They don't get to see.
