Transparent Skills : A Freewrite
Well, also thank you so much for that. Mr. Salami, so please if you have questions regarding this topic that we are considering tonight, you can drop your questions in the comments and I would love to share. But if you want to share, let you speak and just require you to speak.

I knew I would allow you to speak briefly so we can drop our questions and maybe you have something to share as you guys have this conversation, we have an experience that requires maybe an answer, maybe something that you need to. To help you move even further in your career can do well to share as well. Thank you so much.

OK, so moving forward. And I noticed that maybe in my years of maybe a child journey, I've been able to engage a lot of people, you know, different engagement with people, different career journey and all of that. OK, so I want to ask you a question. Many people say sto startover. You know you're going to reinvention now. I think we've talked about regret, regret and all of that.

So, people always get like How will I start again I will go back and start when I did.Hold on,s and all that. So many people feel starting ove. Thankk y,ou Muslim, for bringing me and agreeing to that, andreally, nott the same thing. Or is not equivalent to regression. You are not going backwards. You are changing course.

You are rerouting. With context. What you learned as a customer service representative, or a project manager, or in an NGO, all of the skills are transparent. You just need to know how. So what can we call it ? You need to have some sort of a skillmyMy vision of weirdness, a transferable skill, a weird one you need to have. The understanding that skills don't die, they travel. My leadership experience in an NGO is useful. Incorporates work.
