0.000 HBD>I have only flagged a couple of posts during the sock puppet era. You dont want to create content because it doesnt get paid enough. It doesnt get paid enough because votes arent worth enough. Votes arent worth enough, because hugely overpaid posts pump up the amount of total vshares in the system. There is one way that is mathematically most effective at decreasing the number of vshares and therefore making votes more valuable. DOwnvoting high paid (and presumable overvalued) posts. I get that you won't do it. But that doesnt change the fact that its there, and that it wouldn't take a huge amount of steem power to make everyones vote worth more... a few good sized dolphins could get together and do it. One decent sized whale willing to regularly firebomb the trending page would be a game changer. But no one will, because we have this idiotic religeon here that the "flag" (doesnt exist) is evil and flagging someone because their shitty post got paid far more than its worth is considered about a step and a half above forcible rape. >I personally feel that Steemit should do a couple of things. upvoted because i like that youre thinking, but all three are terrible ideas. 1 will make matters worse, because the writers will write garbage (see if you can figure out why)., 2 is irrelevant. We don't have the kind of traffic to attract big advertising money, and the proflieration of porn is going to scare away a lot of advertisers. 3 is too gamable. We'd end up paying for a couple of hundred thousand garden gnomes.
