Afternoon everyone…. Every day our hard earned dollars buy less and less. Staple items have doubled in price over the last eighteen months. Has your salary doubled???? Of course that answer is no. Unless you are extremely lucky or you are a professional athlete. There are ways to preserve your buying power. Precious metals do that. Example in 1950 gas was a quarter a gallon. Well today the melt value of a silver quarter is $4.51 currently, that’s a gallon of gas. Here is one of my recent pick ups. It’s a ten ounce silver bar from the Germania Mint.
