I think this was an interesting idea proposed yesterday and wanted to put it to a community vote.

<h1> Once daily voting</h1>

@thedamus had this idea yesterday and I personally think it's a pretty good idea. I do think alot of people have been posting twice/day just to ensure they get there 2 votes and often the quality of the posts is slipping. With all the people upgrading there tiers, gold has now fallen below 50%, so this means it will be super easy just to double the weights and people will really be unaffected by this. It will also make it easier to time your posts as I heard feedback that trying to stay within the current window was problematic at times. 

I was tempted just to run with the change, but I'm going to take a step back and put it too a vote in the comments. 

<h1> Voting Power</h1>

Power has not improved significantly with the changes and still around 85%. I will need to make some additional cuts, but unable to make and changes at work, so perhaps in the morning, or I'll just wait till we have the voting completed about the once daily votes.

I was really hoping to get that epic update post nailed down soon, but work was a bit busy tonight so it's going to have to wait til tomorrow hopefully.
