<h1>Kahanamoku Beach</h1>
<p>This is a beach scene where I am staying in Oahu, Hawaii. I took a succession of photos on 360 degrees! All photos, gif, and video were taken by me with my iPhone, unless specified.</p>

<h1>Brunch</h1>
<p>I had some of my friends come visit me for brunch on my second day in Oahu. I went to the nearest place I knew, which is just around the corner... a take out brunch from <a href="http://www.goofy-honolulu.com/"><b>Goofy's Cafe!</b></a></p>

<p>I ordered <b>Two Big Island French Toast</b>: A Very Mix Berry (with strawberry, blueberry and banana) and Hawaiian French Toast (with <a hred="https://www.thespruceeats.com/papaya-storage-and-selection-1807787">papaya</a>, banana and pineapple). They are pictured way in the far top end.</p>
<p>The French Toast is pretty unique because it is made from <a href="https://honestcooking.com/homemade-hawaiian-bread/"><b>Hawaiian Bread</b></a>. Oh, it is served with honey and the usual whipped cream.</p>

<p>This next dish is frequently requested in the restaurant. I ordered two types of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eggs_Benedict"><b>Eggs Benedict</b></a>, one with <a href="https://luaus.org/what-is-kalua-pig/"><b>Kalua Pork</b></a>, and the other with <b>Salmon and Spinach</b>. The <a href="https://www.delightedcooking.com/what-are-okinawan-sweet-potatoes.htm"><b>OKINAWAN purple potatoes</b></a> are really sweet!</p>
<p>Kalua pork is a shredded pork dish from the pit, but I'm sure it was prepared in an alternative way. The Okinawan purple potatoes is actually native to the Americas, not Japan.</p>

<p><a href="https://onolicioushawaii.com/loco-moco/"><b>Loco Moco</b></a> which is a beef patty, homemade special gravy sauce topped with two fried eggs & rice. Loco Moco is a very simple dish, and whenever I am in Hawaii I eat it because I love it! It tastes better here 🤪, hahaha. I do make it at home.</p>

<p>The food was really good! I also served Poke, a Native Hawaiian cuisine. which is diced raw tuna. Here is a photo taken from <em>Bing images</em>.</p>

<p>And this flower, I saw this flower along the Kahanamoku Beach, right where I was staying. There's a whole bunch of them all crowding the leaves! You will find flowers wherever you go.</p>
