<div class="text-justify"> In this case, I am sharing the recipe for an <b>ENERGY SHAKE </b>, in which I have used milk of animal origin, but it can be perfectly veganized, substituting that ingredient for milk of vegetable origin, such as oatmeal, almonds , soy, sesame, coconut, etc.  With that said, let's get to the recipe! </div>

# <center> THE RECIPE / LA RECETA </center>

<center><b>Time, ingredients and equipment</b></center>

+ Preparation time: This is a very simple recipe, as long as you have all the ingredients ready, so it will only require 5 minutes to make it.

+ Servings: 850 ml of energy shake.

+ 500 ml of cold drinking water

+ 100 ml of hot water

+ 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

+ 2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts

+ 200 grams of chopped papaya

+ 4 tablespoons of powdered milk

+ Sweetener to your liking. I used 1 tablespoon of white sugar

+ Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional).

+ Tiempo de preparación: Esta es una receta muy simple, siempre y cuando tengas todos los ingredientes ya listos, así que sólo requerirás 5 minutos para hacerla.

+ Raciones: 850 ml de merengada energética.

+  500  ml de agua potable fría

+ 100 ml de agua caliente

+ 1 cucharada de semillas de chía 

+ 2 cucharadas de maní troceado

+ 200 gramos de papaya picada

+ 4 cucharadas de leche en polvo

+ Endulzante a tu gusto. Yo utilicé 1 cucharada de azúcar blanca

+ Media cucharadita de esencia de vainilla (opcional).

+ Jarra, licuadora, cucharilla, cuchillo, tazas medidoras, vaso, etc.</div>

In this case, this drink was enjoyed by my husband; however, as I took it to the fridge to cool, after an hour, <b>I noticed that its consistency had thickened, and this is due to both the chia seeds and the papaya mucilage, so I recommend increasing the amount of liquid, and instead of using 500 ml of cold water, 700 or 800 can be used, thus achieving a more fluid consistency.</b> I think this is an ideal alternative to have a quick breakfast and have energy for several hours. ><div class="text-justify">Y ya está lista la merengada energética, que tiene un bonito color salmón. En este caso esta bebida la disfrutó mi esposo; sin embargo como la llevé a la nevera a que enfriase, luego de pasada una hora, <b>noté que había espesado su consistencia, y esto se debe tanto a las semillas de chía como al mucílago de la papaya, por lo que recomiendo incrementar la cantidad de líquido, y en vez de utilizar 500 ml de agua fría, pueden utilizarse 700 u 800, logrando así una consistencia más fluida.</b> Creo que esta es una alternativa ideal para desayunar de forma rápida, y tener energía por varias horas. Solo queda decir: ¡Salud!</div>
