The Idea!

The Idea here is to try and connect to irrelevant dots to make a bigger dotted picture. Why would Our President Issue such a warning around the same time of Putin's decision to inform all Russians to come back to the Motherland? Could something be coming to pass soon? I think so and maybe you do too, in theory Russia seems to be taking the Offensive Position right now and putting America on the Defense. Hence Putin telling his people to come back home and our President telling us to prepare for Solar Flares aka EMP like attacks.

The Problem!

If the East is preparing for a conflict of some sorts with the West, how come we aren't being told to prepare effectively? Simple ( In my opinion ) America does not want Americans to stop their daily routine of Over labor Under Pay. If our president told us that we could have potential problems with Russia, how would we, a very fragile and racially divided America respond? As you could imagine we would break apart at the seams like we always do. Example Given would be: Everytime a Peaceful Protest turns violent the Protesters usually turn to robbing and stealing from their own neighborhoods and not taking violent actions against the Opressors but instead the innocent bystanders.

Mental State of the World

If the Powers of West and East collide this will unavoidable change  to our past and future. Currently we are having a mental Illness plague us as a whole called the Mandela Effect, making us believe that timelines have folded on each other or that parallel Universes exist. When we all truly know that only one of our world exist and the other Trillion Universe that exist hold their own versions of life and etc.
